I love pumpkin seeds and these bars are only 60 calories - or 2 WW Freestyle points each. They are a little crunchy but slightly chewy because of the pumpkin seeds. I pack this up with 2 pre-peeled hard boiled eggs and a banana when I need to eat on the go. I could not find these in any stores so I ordered them online.
These are my adult version of "Go-gurt" to take with me when I'm in a hurry.
You can use these for road trips if you have an ice-pack or cooler bag to store them in. OR, freeze them so they stay cold and slowly defrost over the course of an hour or so.
I added just a teaspoon of sugar and vanilla extract to the plain non-fat greek yogurt, just to take the tart taste out of the yogurt. If you use Truvia or another zero calorie sweetner, this is a zero point snack.
Recipe makes 3 yogurt packs. 1 WW Freestyle Points for 3 of them.
Nothing revolutionary here. But it beats the drive-through version. I keep this in my breakfast line up because it's a tasty, quick option for busy work-day mornings. Not much of a recipe... just an idea.

Hello readers. After some feedback on my original recipe for these french toast sticks, I revised the ingredients and technique used to make these. There is no rolling involved at all. I also included an updated, in-depth video on how to make these.
This recipe makes 10 six-inch sticks (2 WW Freestyle Points each). You can freeze these in a zip-lock bag and pop them in the toaster oven when you're ready to eat them.

These Cookie Bites taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal. I got 6 packs for $5.96. Each pack is 3 points each - 125 calories per pack. Makes a great grab-and-go snack. My kids like them too. I will definitely order these again. I could only find them online.
Sanisimmo Oven Baked Corn Crackers are just 2 points per pack (3 cracker sheets per pack). They have a very nice corn flavor, not too salty. I like these with salsa and black beans. They are a little hard to find in stores but you can find and purchase Sanisimmo Oven Baked Corn Crackers > on Amazon for $ 4.98 (commission earned).
Quick and tasty snack for when you are on the run. They are a little small so I usually eat them with fruit and / or yogurt. I like the light lemony flavor in these bars. They are crisp and a little chewy. You can find and buy Simply Protein Crispy Bars here (commission earned).
These oatmeal bars are very easy to make. They have a very soft gooey texture because of the oatmeal. You can make these in advance - store them in the refrigerator, then heat them up. But they are best if you eat them the day you make them. If I'm on the go, I'll pack this up with a hard boiled egg or some fruit. For the apples in this recipe, Granny Smith is good or another type of baking apple. Recipe makes 8 bars using an 8" x 8" square pan.
I make the bagels for this on meal-prep day. Sometimes I assemble the sandwiches and freeze them so I can just heat them up and go. Other times, I freeze just the bagels, and defrost on the day I'm eating it - then add the eggs and bacon that day.
